The One Where I Get My MBA

After just about two years, I am happy, relieved, and thankful to say that I am finished with my MBA! I submitted my final project a few hours ago, and I'm feelin' pretty good! John and I have big plans to celebrate tomorrow night, and I will keep the celebration going this weekend with a little wine tasting with the girls!

Happy Spring, everyone!

The One With All The Irish, Part II

Every year, John and I take St. Patrick's Day off of work. We start the morning off with some drinks at our place and this movie. This year, John, his brother, and our friend Ryan went to Roscoe's at 6am (crazy) for breakfast and green beer.

I opted to get a few extra hours of sleep. Once the movie was over, we headed back to Roscoes.

Our lovely designated driver accompanied us.

After hanging out with some of our favorite bartenders we headed to The Irisher, where we met up with more friends. I'm really glad that I have an entire year to recover and prepare for the next one! Here are some pics of our day.

I'm a lucky girl...

John's a popular guy at Roscoes. Must be because of all the time he spends there...

The One With All The Irish, Part 1

This past weekend John, Kyle, Jenna, and I headed to the Pomona Fairplex for the Irish Festival. Despite being a little scared of P-Town, we had a blast! We were immediately greeted by this fine Scotsman.

Lovin' his faun-feet.

John has been wanting to get a kilt for some time now, and this weekend was the perfect opportunity as they were selling them in every other booth. Clearly, we found the perfect booth to buy it from. Once you were fitted, they rang a bell and you had to drop your drawers. Like a true Irishman, John dropped it all. They rewarded him with a swig of whiskey from the biggest flask I have ever seen.
